January 2026 – This variety is not currently available. We are hopeful to open this breeding group in the fall once laying and fertility are established.
Tolbunt Polish
Tolbunt Polish are a highly sought-after variety known for their complex, mottled patterning that combines white, black, and rich brown tones across the body. This intricate coloration, paired with the dramatic Polish crest and beard, makes Tolbunts one of the most visually striking Polish varieties.
Birds exhibit classic Polish type: a compact, well-balanced body with smooth feathering and a prominent crest. Overall type and pattern clarity are the primary focus in this breeding group, with attention given to maintaining correct Tolbunt coloration and structure.
Polish are valued for their ornamental appeal and curious, active personalities. They do well in secure environments and are best appreciated for their appearance rather than egg production. Hens lay small white eggs typical of Polish breeds.
This Tolbunt Polish breeding group is still maturing and is not currently producing hatching eggs. This listing is provided so customers can familiarize themselves with the breed and plan ahead. Availability will be updated once the flock is laying consistently and fertility has been verified, which we are hopeful will be in the fall.
We do not currently offer live chicks or adult birds; we only offer hatching eggs once a breeding group is stable and fertility has been verified. Please understand that we collect our eggs freshly, and availability is extremely limited when a new group first opens.
We are an NPIP & AI certified farm located in North Florida. All breeding groups are fertility tested prior to eggs being offered for sale. Shipping and packaging practices will follow the same standards used across all of our hatching egg listings.
Important Hatching Egg Disclaimer:
We do not guarantee a hatch rate. This is standard in the hatching egg community due to the many variables outside our control, including postal handling, incubation methods, and temperature fluctuations. However, eggs will leave our farm fresh, fertile, and packaged with extreme care.
Please make sure to be prepared prior to incubating your eggs using good hatching practices. You can find our hatching guide here.

Hatching eggs
Hatching eggs
Hatching eggs are collected freshly 2-4x a day. We only offer hatching eggs if we are able to collect your eggs within 5 total days. Typically, we can collect your order in as little as 1-2 days. However, we may have multiple orders when you place your order, so please check the processing times on each breeds description. We typically pull the inventory on a specific breed if the wait will be longer than a month. If you need a better estimate please contact us directly.
Shipping
Shipping
Hatching eggs are shipped individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Each egg is placed into an egg carton, which is also bubble wrapped. This box is filled with shredded paper for buffer. The box is then placed into a second, larger box and buffered. This allows the best hatch rate.
Plants are shipped Monday-Wednesday only. They are packaged in rolled cardboard and poly fill to avoid breakage.
Care information

Plants should be kept in their pots and allowed 1-2 weeks to acclimate to your home prior to repotting.
