Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives with eggs that were visibly damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

• The outside of the shipping box

• The packaging materials

• The damaged eggs

Business Hours

While our farm operates seven days a week, customer support is available during normal business hours. We respond to messages as quickly as possible, but please allow additional time during weekends, holidays, and the busy hatching season.
