Shipped hatching eggs are a fragile, perishable agricultural product. Although we carefully collect, inspect, package, and ship every order, there are many factors beyond our control that can affect the condition and hatchability of eggs once they leave our farm.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds on hatching eggs. By purchasing shipped hatching eggs, you acknowledge that you are accepting the inherent risks associated with shipping live, fertile eggs.

These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Rough handling during shipping

• Temperature extremes

• Shipping delays

• Changes in air pressure and vibration

• Storage conditions after delivery

• Incubator performance and calibration

• Incubation methods

• Humidity and temperature management

• Individual experience of the person incubating the eggs

Because these factors are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee fertility, hatch rates, or the number of chicks that will hatch.

Shipping Damage

If eggs arrive visibly broken during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the shipping box, packaging, and damaged eggs. We review shipping damage claims individually. Any replacement or other resolution is offered solely at our discretion.
